Financial Policy

Payment is due on the day professional services are rendered. At the end of each appointment, we will submit your dental claim to your insurance company. Most insurance companies will respond to a dental claim within 2-7 business days. A response to an estimate or predetermination from an insurance company may take up to six weeks.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac, cash, and cheques. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.

Insurance Policy

At the Halton Dental Specialty Group we make every effort to provide you with the best care. Our team will work closely with you to maximize your insurance benefits/reimbursement. As there are many different dental insurance policies, we do our best to provide you with the most accurate estimate based on the insurance information you provide us.

As a courtesy to our patients with dental benefits, we are happy to create and electronically submit dental claim forms and predeterminations to your insurance company. Some forms may have to be mailed to your insurance company. Please bring your insurance information to your first visit so we can help process your claims as quickly as possible. Reimbursements are sent directly to you from your insurance company.
